Chap. 386.—An ACT to authorize the personal representative
of James L. McIntosh, deceased, late treasurer of the county of
Loudoun, and his deputies, to collect certain unpaid taxes.
Approved February 25, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the personal representative of James L. McIntosh,
late treasurer of Loudoun county, is hereby given au-
thority to collect, by levy or otherwise, all unpaid tax
tickets for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-seven,
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, eighteen hundred and
eighty-nine and eighteen hundred and ninety, which have
not been returned delinquent and insolvent, and this
authority shall continue for the space of two years from
the passage of this act.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
