Chap. 374.—An ACT to authorize the boards of supervisors of
Clarke county and of Warren county to increase the respective
aah of the judges of the county courts of their respective
counties.

Approved February 25, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be lawful for the boards of supervisors of the
counties of Clarke and Warren to increase the respective
salaries of the judges of the county courts of their said
respective counties to a sum not exceeding five hundred
dollars per annum, which sum shal! not be reduced during
the terms of their said office, and such increased salary
shall be paid out of the county levy, as provided by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
