CHAP. 369.—An ACT authorizing the board of supervisors of
mae county to increase the salary of the jndge of said
county.

Approved February 25, 3802.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the board of supervisors of Buckingham county
be, and are hereby, authorized and empowered, in their
discretion, to increase the salary of the county judge of
said county the sum of forty dollars per annum; the said
increase and present salary of said judge not to exceed
the sum of four hundred dollars per annum.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
