CHAP. 366.—An ACT making it lawful for the board of supervi-
visors of Loudoun county to pay George F. Earnick a certain
sum out of the county levy.
Approved February 25, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be lawful for the board of supervisors of the
county of Loudoun, if in their judgment they shall deem
it proper to issue their warrant on the treasurer of said
county, payable out of the county levy, in favor of George
F. Earnick, for the sum of forty-two dollars and seventeen
cents, being his interest in an account of seventy-seven
dollars and twenty-three cents due the firm ofG. F. Ear-
nick and company for supplies furnished for the poor of
said county of Loudoun, the said amount of forty-two dol-
lars and seventeen cents being disallowed by the said
‘board of supervisors because of said Earnick being amem-
ber of said board when said bill was rendered in July,
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, and therefore disquali-
fied under section eight hundred and. twenty-two of the
code of Virginia from being a party in interest to any con-
tract for supplies and materials.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
