CHAP. 365.—An ACT to allow John G. Wornom to erect a wharf
on Poquosin river, in York county.

Approved February 25, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That John J. Wornom be, and he is hereby, authorized to
to erect a wharf on Poquosin river, at the terminus of the
Hunt’s Neck road, in York county, subject to the laws of
Virginia governing wharves erected in the waters of the
commonwealth.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
