CHAP. 355.—Ab ACT to allow J. W. Kay to erect a wharf on
Chuckatuck creek.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That J. W. Kay, of the county of Nansemond, be author-
ized to erect a wharf on Chuckatuck creek, opposite the
home of said J. W. Kay, provided said wharf shall not ob-
struct navigation on said creek.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
