Chap. 349.—An ACT for the relief of Lewis Hobson from part
payment of a fine.
In force February 25, 1892.
Whereas it has been certified to the general assembly by
the circuit court of Hanover county that in the opinior
of the said court, Lewis Hobson should be released from
all the fine of one hundred dollars imposed upon him by
the county court of said county, at the July term thereof
eighteen hundred and ninety-one, except twenty-five dol.
lars thereof; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia
That Lewis Hobson be, and is hereby, relieved from the
payment of all the fine imposed upon him by the county
court of Hanover county at the July term of said court
eighteen hundred and ninety-one, except twenty-five dol.
lars thereof.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
