Chap. 338.—An ACT to amend the Game laws of Buckinghan
county.
Approved February 20, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia
That it shall be lawful for any land owners in Buckingham
county to hunt with gun or dogs all wild game except par.
tridges upon their own land at any time.
2. It shall be lawful for any person to hunt with gun o:
dogs all wild game except partridges at any time that th
written consent of the owner of the land hunted upon i
obtained for so doing.
3. It shall not be lawful to kill or capture partridges i:
said county between the first day of February and tho fif
teenth day of November of each year.
4. It shall not be lawful at any time to take or destro
the eggs of partridges or quails.
5. The existing game laws as applicable to Buckingham
county that are not in conflict with this act shall remain
in force.
6. Any person violating the provisions of this act shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof
shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more than
twenty-five dollars.
7. All acts or parts of acts in conflict with this act are
hereby repealed. _
8. This act shall be in force from its passage.
