Chap. 304.—An ACT relating to the unlawful hunting in the
county of Pulaski.
Approved February 16, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be unlawful for any person to kill, capture,
or offer for sale, or buy any partridges in the county of
Pulaski between the first day of February and the first
day of November; or at any time to take or destroy the
eggs of partridges in said county. Any person violating
any provision of this act shall be punished in the manner
prescribed by section two thousand and eighty, code eight-
een hundred and eighty-seven, under the general law re-
lating to unlawful hunting.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
