CHAP. 302.—An ACT allowing ‘J. Winton Tarter, treasurer of
Wythe county, further time for the collection of taxes for the
years 1887, 1888 and 1889.

Approved February 16, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That J. Winton Tarter, treasurer of Wythe county, be al-
lowed to collect the taxes that remain in his hands or in
those of his deputies, for the years eighteen hundred and
eighty-seven, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight and eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-nine, which have not been re-
turned delinquent by distress or levy, and that the time
for his collection of said taxes be extended to the first
day of February, eighteen hundred and ninety-three.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
