CHAP. 292.—An ACT prohibiting the running at large of hogs
within a certain district in Prince William county.
Approved February 16, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be unlawful for any hog or hogs to run at
large beyond the limits of their owners’ or managers’
lands within the following boundary: Beginning at the
junction of Cedar and Slaty runs, and running up Slaty
run with its meanders of the run to the line of the Vir-
ginia Midland division of the Richmond and Danville
railroad company; thence along the line of the said rail-
road company’s land to the Fauquier county line; thence
with the dividing line of the counties of Fauquier and
Prince William to Cedar run; thence down Cedar run and
with its meanders to the place of beginning.
2. This act to be in effect sixty days from its passage.
