CHAP. 291. —An ACT to authorize Murdaugh and Mayo to erect
a wharf on Pagan creek, Isle of Wight county.

Approved February 16, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That Murdaugh and Mayo be, and are hereby, author-
ized to erect a wharf in front of their brick-yard, on Pa-
gan creek, Isle of Wight county; said wharf to be sub-
ject to all the laws of Virginia governing all wharves
arected in the waters of the commonwealth: and provi-
ded, also, that this act shall at all times be under the con-
trol of the general assembly, and be amended or repealed
as may be deemed proper.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
