CHAP. 287.—An ACT to allow W. W. Kincheloe, late treasurer of
Frince William county, further time in which to collect taxes.
Approved February 16, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That W. W. Kincheloe, laid treasurer of Prince William
county, be empowered to collect the taxes that remain in
his hands uncollected for the years eighteen hundred and
eighty-eight and eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, which
have not been returned delinquent by distress or levy, anc
that the time for his collection of the said taxes be ex.
tended for one year from the passage of this act.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
