CHAP. 270.—An ACT allowing treasurer of Goochland county
further time for collecting taxes.

Approved February 16, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That Robert N. Turner, treasurer of Goochland county,
be empowered to collect the taxes that remain uncollected
in said county for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-
seven, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-nine and eighteen hundred and ninety,
which have not been returned delinquent, by distress or
levy, and the time for his collection of said taxes be ex-
tended to January first, eighteen hundred and ninety-
three.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
