CHAP. 266.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 10 of an act,
approved January 1, 1890. entitled an act to incorporate the
Portsmouth and Smithfield railway company.

Approved February 16, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That section ten of an act entitled “an act to incorporate
the Portsmouth and Smithfield railway company,” ap-
proved January first, eighteen hundred and ninety, bs
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 10. The said company is required to commence the
construction of its road within two years and complete the
same within five years from the passage of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
