CHAP. 261.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section one of chapter
one hundred and twenty-nine of the acts of the general assem-
bly of Virginia approved Feb. 28, 1890, entitled an act to pre-
scribe the time for holding the courts of the seventeenth judicial
circuit.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That section one of chapter one hundred and twenty-nine
of the acts of the general assembly of Virginia, approved
February twenty-eight, eighteen hundred and ninety,
entitled an act to prescribe the time for holding the courts
of the seventeenth judicial circuit be amended and re-
enacted so as to read as follows;
81. That the circuit courts for the several counties
composing the seventeenth judicial circuit shall be held
as follows: .
Buchanan county, on the fourth Monday in February.
May and September.
Dickenson county, on the second Monday in February
May and October.
Scott county, on the third Monday in March, June and
November.
Lee county, on the first Monday in March, June and
November.
Wise county, on the first Monday in April, September
and December.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
