Chap. 233.—An ACT to define a lawful fence in the county of
James City.
Approved February 16, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That within the county of James City, from and after the
first day of April, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, the
boundary lines of each lot or tract of land shal! be, and
are hereby, declared to be a lawful fence, and all animals
going at large in said county after said date, shall be
subject to the provisions of sections two thousand and
forty-two, two thousand and forty-nine and two thousand
and fifty of the code of Virginia.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
