CHAP. 210.—An ACT for the relief of Isabella T. Harvey, of Am-
herst county.
Approved February 12, 1892.
Whereas, from exhibits filed by Mrs. Isabella T. Harvey,
of Amherst county, it appears that she is entitled to the
relief given by law to widows of soldiers; and further,
that from her bed-ridden condition she is unable to assert
her claim in person before the court, as the law prescribes;
therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the auditor of public accounts is directed to draw his
warrant on the treasurer of the commonwealth in favor of
Mrs. Isabella T. Harvey for the sum of ninety dollars, for
amount of pension due her under the law; and is further
directed to list the name of said Isabella T. Harvey as one
entitled to the benefit of the act approved fifth March,
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
