CHAP. 195.—An ACT to allow the treasurers of Northampton
and Accomac counties additional time to levy for, and col-
lect tax bills, county levies, held by said treasurers for the years
1887, 1888, 1889, 1890 and 1891, and as to which they have settled
with the auditor and boards of supervisors without returning
the same delinquent.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That John B. Williams and John J. Blackstone, late
treasurers of Northampton and Accomac counties, may,
within one year from the passage of this act, distrain for
and collect any uncollected tax tickets still in their hands
and not returned delinquent, for the years eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-seven, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight,
eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, eighteen hundred and
ninety and eighteen hundred and ninety-one.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
