CHAP. 173.—An ACT to empower the treasurer of Campbell
county to make sale of lands returned delinquent for non-pay-
ment of taxes for the year 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That E.S. Moorman, treasurer of Campbell county, be,
and he is hereby, empowered to make sale of the lands
returned delinquent for the non-payment of taxes for the
year eighteen hundred and ninety, in said county on the
first day of the March term of the county court of Camp-
bell, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, between the hours
of ten in the morning and four in the afternoon, in front
of the court-house, unless the amount for which the said
lands are delinquent, together with the interest, costs and
charges, shall have been previously paid to the said treas-
urer. If, however, the sale is not completed on that day,
it shall be adjourned to the first day of the next county
court.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
