CHAP. 151.—An ACT to authorize the Board of trustees of Mar-
garet academy, in the county of Accomac, to make sale of prop-
erty held by them in trust.

Approved February 2, 1892. .

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the board of trustees of Margaret academy, in the
county of Accomac, be authorized and empowered to make
sale of property held by them in trust; that the proceeds
of such sale shall be reinvested by said trustees in the pur-
chase of suitable lands and buildings, or the purchase of
suitable lands and erection of suitable buildings for an
academy of learning, to be erected in such part of the
county of Accomac or Northampton as they, in their judg-
ment, shall deem best, such reinvestment to be made in at
least two years after sale.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
