Chap. 137.—An ACT extending the time for commencing the
construction of the Berlin and Lovettsville bridge.

Approved February 2, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That section eleven of chapter one hundred and fifty-
three of an act approved February third, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety, entitled “an act to incorporate the Ber-
lin and Lovettsville bridge company, et cetera,” be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 11. The construction of the bridge herein mentioned,
shall be commenced within five years and completed
within seven years, or this act shall be void.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
