CHAP. 123.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of
Prince William county to increase the salary of the judge of
the county court of that county.

Approved February 2, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be lawful for the board of supervisors of
Prince William county to increase the salary of the judge
of the county court of the said county to a sum not ex-
ceeding five hundred dollars per annum, which sum shall
not be reduced during the term of his said office; and
such increased salary shall be paid out of the county levy,
as provided by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
