CHaP. 92.—An ACT to amend and re-enact sections 464 and 504
of the code of Virginia, in relation to the mode in which land
and property books shall be made out.
Approved February 22, 1880.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That sections four hundred and sixty-four and five hun-
dred and four of the code of Virginia be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
_ §464. The commissioner shall make out two land books
in such form as the auditor of public accounts may pre-
scribe, in one of which he shall place all white persons
charged with taxes on real estate, and in the other all
colored persons so charged. And the auditor shall so
trrange such books that they shall show in one table the

ight and eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, is hereby
\ppropriated out of any money in the treasury not other-
rise appropriated. _
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
‘HaP. 94.—An ACT authorizing the puyment to R. E. Trenary
and R. L. Gray for services in certain coupon cases.
Approved February 22, 1890.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the auditor of public accounts is authorized and
lirected to draw warrants upon the treasurer in favor of
R. E. Trenary for fifty dollars, and R. L. Gray for two
sundred and fifty dollars, in full for services rendered in
coupon cases brought in the corporation court of the city
~ Winchester, payable out of any money not otherwise
appropriated. .
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
