Chap. 5.—An ACT repealing chapter 124, session acts 1887-’8, en-
titled an act declaring certain grounds under water, known as
Hog Island flats, open and eligible for the planting and sowing

oysters.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That chapter one hundred and twenty-four of session acts
of eighteen hundred and eighty-seven-eight, entitled an
act declaring certain grounds under water, known as Hog
Island flats, open and eligible for the planting and sowing
of oysters, be and it hereby is repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
