Chap. 1683.—An ACT to extend the time for the collection of
taxes and levies in the county of Bruoswick for the year 1889.

Approved March 3, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the further time of six months from the first day of
June, eighteen hundred and ninety, be allowed the trea-
surer of the county of Brunswick to collect the taxes and
levies of said county for the year eighteen hundred and
elghty-nine, and to make his final settlement for the year
with the auditor of public accounts and with the board of
supervisors of said county; but this act shall be inopera-
hive until each and every one of the sureties of the said
treasurer shall have filed with the auditor of public
accounts their written consent to the provisions of this
act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
