CHAP. 142.—An ACT to allow William Mayo, treasurer of Weat
moreland ceunty, further time in which to collect unpaid tax
tickets in bis hands for collection.

Approved February 28, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia
That William Mayo, treasurer of Westmoreland county, be
allowed the further time of one year within which to dis
train and levy for tickets for taxes and levies now in hii
hands and uncollected by him, and not returned delin:
quent or insolvent, for the years eighteen hundred anc
eighty-three, eighteen hundred and eighty-four, eighteer
hundred and eighty-flve and eighteen hundred and eighty:
six and for which he has accounted to the state.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
