CHAP. 120.—An ACT to repeal chapter 87 of the code of Virginia
in relation to the weighing of live stock.

Approved February 26, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That chapter eighty-seven of the code of Virginia of
eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, entitled “of weigh-
ing live stock,” and each and every ,section of said chap-
ter—the same being sections from nineteen hundred and
twenty-six to nineteen hundred and thirty-seven of said
code, both inclusive—be, and the same are hereby, re-
pealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
