Chap. 119.—An ACT as to the unlawful killing of partridges in
the counties of Rockbridge, Wythe, Alleghany, Bath, High-
land, Washington, Grayson, and Scott.

Approved February 25, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be unlawful for any person to kill or cap-
ture, or offer for sale, or huy any partridges between the
first day of February and the first day of November in
the counties of Rockbridge, Wythe, Bath, Alleghany
Highland, Washington, Grayson and Séott.

2. All provisions of chapter ninety-five of the code o:
Virginia and acts amendatory thereof not in conflic
herewith, shall remain in full force.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
