CHAP. 112.—An ACT fixing the time for holding courts in the
third judicial circuit.

Approved February 25, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the circuit courts for the several counties comprising
the third judicial circuit shall be held at the following
times, to wit:

Prince Edward—First of March and first of September

Amelia—Tenth of March and tenth of September.

Charlotte—Twentieth of March and twentieth of Sep.
tember.

Powhatan—Seventeenth of April and seventeenth of!
October.

Buckingham—Twenty-fifth of April and twenty-fifth of!
October.
ber mberland—Seventh of May and seventh of Novem.

Lunenburg—Seventeenth of May and seventeenth of
November.

Mecklenburg—Twenty-seventh of May and twenty-sev-
enth of November.
