Chap. 92.—An ACT to remove the political disabilities of Overton
Howard, T. Spicer Curlett, P. G. Miller, P. B. Shield and E.
W. Earley.
Approved January 24, 1890.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia
(two-thirds of both houses concurring), That the disabil-
ities of Overton Howard, T. Spicer Curlett, P. G. Miller,
Philip B. Shield, and E. W. Earley, incurred under clause
three of section one of article three of the constitution of
Virginia with reference to duelling, be, and the same are
hereby removed. )
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
CHaPp. 93.—An ACT to authorize the Southwest Virginia real
estate investment company to subscribe for, guarantee or ac-
quire the stock and bonds of any corporation.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the Southwest Virginia real estate investment com-
pany be, and is hereby, authorized and empowered to sub-
scribe for, guarantee or acquire the stock and bonds of
any corporation.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
