CHAP. 631.—An ACT to amend charter of Odd Fellows’ associa-
tion of Lynchburg, Virginia.

Approved March 6, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That section third of the charter of incorporation of the
Odd Fellows’ association of Lynchburg, Virginia, be
amended so as to read: “The said association shall have
power to own, improve, mortgage, convey, buy, and sell
such real estate or other property as may be necessary for
the purposes of the said company.”

2. All taxes or other claims due the state shall be paid
in lawful United States money and not in coupons.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
