CHAP. 63.—An ACT to refund to Reuben Sommers, of Page
county, Va., the sum of $37.44 for delinquent taxes on land
in Page county, improperly paid by him.

Approved January 16, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the genera] assembly of Virginia,
That the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby,
directed to draw his warrant on the treasurer of the
commonwealth of Virginia, in favor of Reuben Som-
mers, for thirty-seven dollars and forty-four cents, payable
out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropri-
ated ; the same being the amount paid into the treasury for
delinquent taxes, under a sale of delinquent lands made
by the county treasurer of Page county in December,
eighteen hundred and seventy-five, of lands belonging to
William A. Burge, which taxes said Burge had paid in
Madison county, Virginia, and which caused the error.

2. This act shal] be in force from its passage.
