CHAP. 599.—Ap ACT to amend and re-enact section 14 of an act
of the general assembly of 1887-’8, entitled an act to provide
for making, changing, and working roads in the county of
Rockingham, approved March 2, 1888.

Approved March 5, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That section fourteen of the acts of assembly of eighteen
hundred and eighty-seven and eighteen hundred and
eighty-eight be amended and re-enacted so as to read as
follows:

§14. That the commissioner of roads shall be required,
where it is practicable, to have said roads ditched and
drained.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
