CHAP. 577.—An ACT to allow the treasurer of Albemarle county
additional time to levy for and collect county levies, tax tickets
held by said treasurer as to which he has settled with the audi-
tor and board of supervisors without returning the same delin-
quent.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That A. J. Farish, treasurer of Albemarle county, may,
within one year from the passage of this act, distrain
for and collect any uncollected tax tickets still in. his
hands and not returned delinquent.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
