CHAP. 561.—An ACT to regulate the time for hunting partridges
or quail.in the county of Princess Anne.

Approved March 4, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be unlawful for any person to kill, capture,
or offer for sale or buy any partridges or quail in the
county of Princess Anne, between the fifteenth day of
February and the fifteenth day of November, or at any
time to take or destroy the eggs of partridges or quail in
the county of Princess Anne.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
