CHAP. 560.—An ACT allowing treasurer of Fluvanna county
further time for collecting taxes.

Approved March 4, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia.
That Thomas E. Cowherd, treasurer of Fluvanna county.
be empowered to collect the taxes that remained uncal-
lected by O. B. Thomas, deceased, late treasurer of said
county, for the vears eighteen hundred and eighty-five,
eighteen hundred and etghty-six, and eighteen hundred
and eighty-seven, which have not been returned delin-
quent, by distress or levy, and that the time for his collec-
tion of said taxes be extended to January first, eighteen
hundred and ninety-one.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
