CHAP. 510.—An ACT to empower the trustees of Hopewell Grange,
No. 585, of Craig county, to sell and convey the property now
owned or hereafter acquired by said Grange and to re-invest the
proceeds thereof under certain conditions.

Approved March 4, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the trustees of Hopewell grange, number five hun-
dred and eighty-five, of Craig county, be, and they are here-
by, authorized to sell and convey the property now owned or
hereafter acquired by said grange, by and with the writ-
ten consent of a majority of the members of said grange.
and to re-invest the proceeds under like direction.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
