CHAP. 492.—An ACT to make the Cowpasture river, in Bath
county, from Lowman’s mill-dam to the Alleghany line, a law-
ence.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the Cowpasture river, in Bath county, from Low-
man’s mill-dam to the Alleghany county line, be, and is
hereby, made a lawful fence.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith are
nereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
