Chap. 460.—An ACT relating to unlawful hunting in the coun-
ties of Caroline and Norfolk. °

1. Be it enacted by the general- assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be unlawful for any person to kill, capture,
or offer for sale, or buy any partridges, in the counties of
Caroline and Norfolk between the first day of February
and the first day of November, or at any time to take or
destroy the eggs of partridges in said counties. Any per-
son violating any provisions of this act shall be pun-
ished in the manner prescribed by section two thousand
and eighty, code eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, under
the general law relating to unlawful hunting.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
