CHAP. 46.—An ACT allowing J. W. Hutchenson, late treasurer
of Wise county, further time for the collection of taxes for the
years 1885-86.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That J. W. Hutchenson, late treasurer of Wise county, be
empowered to collect the taxes that remain in his hands
uncollected for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-
five and eighteen hundred and eighty-six, which have not
been returned delinquent, by distress or levy, and that
the time for his collection of said taxes be extended to
January first, eighteen hundred and ninety-one.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
