Chap. 449.—An ACT to change the name of the Kentucky, Vir-
ginia, Tennessee. and Carolina mining and development com-
pany to Moccasin Gap Land company.

Approved March 3, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the name of the Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, and
Carolina mining and development company, as herebefore
incorporated, be, and the same is hereby, changed to the
Moccasin Gap land company, and by that name shall have
and enjoy all the rights, privileges and franchises here-
tofore granted or acquired, and be subject to all the obli-
gations incurred under its former name.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
