Chap. 431.—An ACT to amend and re-enact sections 2 and 3 of
an act entitled an act to incorporate the West Lynchburg land
company, and to confirm and declare valid the acts of said com-
pany under a charter heretofore granted to it by the corpora-
i court of the city of Lynchburg, approved December 19,
1889.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That sections two and three of an act entitled an act to
incorporate the West Lynchburg land company, and to
confirm and declare valid the acts of said company under
a charter heretofore granted to it by the corporation court
of the city of Lynchburg, be amended so as to read as
follows:
§2. The capital stock of said company shall not be less
than one hundred thousand nor more than two million
dollars, to be divided into shares of the par value of one
hundred dollars each, or such other sum as the board of
directors may determine.
_ §3. The principal office of said company is to be located
at Lynchburg, Virginia, or at West Lynchburg, as the
directors may determine.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
