1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That all persons having dams across Goose creek, in the
counties of Campbell and Bedford, be required within one
year from the passage of this act to erect suitable fish
ladders upon their dams, so that fish can pass and repass.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
