Chap. 409.—An ACT authorizing the trustees of the Presbyterian
church at Liberty to borrow money.
Approved March 8, 1890.
1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That James W. Gish, P. L. Saunders, and John F. Curtis,
trustees of the Presbyterian church at Liberty, Virginia,
and their successors in office, be, and they are hereby, em-
powered and authorized to make sale of and convey the
real estate and store-houses held by them on Bridge street,
in Liberty, Virginia, or to borrow money on the faith and
credit of the said estate, and to secure the money bor-
rowed by mortgage or deed of trust on the said estate and
store-houses, and to apply the funds arising from such
sale or the money borrowed as aforesaid according to the
direction of the session of the said Presbyterian church,
at Liberty, Virginia.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
