CHAP. 387,.—An ACT to increase the salary of the judge of Taze-
well county.

Approved February 28, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the board of supervisors of Tazewell county, be, and
they are hereby, authorized and empowered to increase the
salary of the judge of the county court of said county, so
that the same shall not be less than six hundred nor more
than one thousand dollars.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
