CHAP. 149.—An ACT to repeal, upon certain conditions, an act
authorizing D. A. Plecker to erecta toll-bridge across North
river at Mount Crawford, in the county of Rockingham.

Approved February 3, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia.
That chapter eighty-four, acts of eighteen hundred and
seventy-four, entitled an act authorizing D. A. Plecker to
erect a toll-bridge across North river, at Mount Crawford,
in Rockingham county, be, and the same is hereby, re-
pealed.

§2. Provided, that if said Plecker shall have erected a
bridge across said stream, for the safe passage of passen-
gers and vehicles by the first day of November, eighteen
hundred and ninety, this act shall be void.

3. This act shall be in force from the first day of Novem-
ber, eighteen hundred and ninety.
