Chap. 1.—An ACT to authorize a loan of muskets to the Vir-
ginia Zouaves of Lynchburg.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the governor be, and he is hereby, authorized to loan
a stand of :rms to the Virginia zouaves, a military com-
pany of the city of Lynchburg, and to commission the
captain 2: d !’+-utenants of the said company.

2. Thi- :ct shall he in force from its passage.
