1. Resolved by the Senate (the House of Delegates concur.
ring), That the joint committee upon the report of the
revisors of the Code and the joint committee to confer with
the bondholders of Virginia, be authorized to sit during the
recess of the general assembly,

The committce to confer with the bondholders are au-
thorized to appoint a clerk, to send for persons and papers,
and the expenses of said committees shall be paid out of any
money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, upon the
warrant of the chairman of the respective committees.

3. This resolution shall be in force from its passage.
