Chap. 428.—An ACT to repeal section 9 of an act entitled an act to
incorporate the Charlottesville and University street railway com-
pany, approved March 30, 1887.

Approved May 24, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section nine of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Char-
lottesville and University street railway company, be and
the said section is hereby repealed, but without interfering
in other respects with the powers, rights, and franchises of
the said company.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
